Waitekohekohe closed for forestry works

From Monday 14 October, Waitekohekohe Recreational Park will be closed on weekdays for around four weeks, while forestry thinning works are being carried out. We are closing the whole park because we can't predict where the crews will be working at any given time, so this is the best way to keep everyone safe. Aerial top-dressing will also be carried out during this time. The park will remain open on weekends, and after 4pm on weekdays, when works have finished each day.
